David is relishing the prospect of a gruelling start to the month.
Albion continue their march for a play-off place at home to Huddersfield today.
They then embark on three away trips in the space of eight days.
It is the sort of schedule not common in Spanish football but David has welcomed the busy fixture list.
The former Athletic Bilbao man said: “I feel a lot better when one match quickly follows another and you are continually playing.
“It’s better than just training and not having competition.
“One year with Osasuna we were playing twice a week because of Europe and the Spanish Cup.
“I played a lot and I felt really good. That’s why I like to play a lot of games.”
David reckons Albion’s recent winning run is overdue and will hope for a fourth victory in five outings today.
He added: “We’re on a good run in terms of wins and that’s what we’ve been trying to do for a while now. For one reason or another we keep winning.”
