Albion midfielder Liam Bridcutt has been called up by Scotland for their forthcoming World Cup qualifiers against Wales and Serbia.
Bridcutt's selection follows his consistently influential performances for the Seagulls as a defensive midfielder. Bridcutt qualifies for Scotland through a grandparent.
He was watched by new Scotland manager Gordon Strachan and his assistant, former Albion boss Mark McGhee, in Albion's recent draw at Blackburn Rovers.
