Former Albion target Moses Odubajo is ready to prove his worth - against the Seagulls.
Odubajo attracted interest from Albion in January and remained on their radar before joining Saturday's hosts Brentford from Leyton Orient for £1 million in the summer.
The 21-year-old winger has struggled with injuries since his switch to Griffin Park but is now back to fitness.
Odubajo, speaking to getwestlondon, said: "The season has started a bit slow for me due to the knocks and niggles that I've had, which I'm not really used to.
"I got a knee in the back the day before the Charlton game. I tried to fight through it until we played Birmingham, where I felt injury-free.
"Then against Fulham I rolled my ankle which kept me out of the Rotherham game. But the international break has helped things settle down for me.
"I'm over it now and ready to show everyone what I was brought in to do."
