Albion midfielder Jake Forster-Caskey could be off to the Czech Republic next year for the European Under-21s finals, providing England get past Croatia.

Gareth Southgate's youngsters have been drawn against the Croatians in the two-legged play-offs next month.

Forster-Caskey made his full debut in Tuesday's final group game, a 3-0 win in Moldova.

He will be hoping to stay involved for the first leg against the Croatians at Molineux and the return. The ties take place between October 8 and 14 on dates to be confirmed.

Full draw: France v Sweden, Denmark v Iceland, England v Croatia, Slovakia v Italy, Holland v Portugal, Ukraine v Germany, Serbia v Spain.

1. The seven play-off winners join first-time hosts Czech Republic in the finals from June 17 to 30, 2015.
