Albion fans are being promised a slicker service when they collect match tickets or visit the shop at the Amex.

The club’s new-look ticket office is now open and will serve as collection point for the first time when Blackpool visit on Saturday.

The improvements complete a six-figure investment over the summer which also saw the club shop receive a facelift and the installation of wi-fi for fans.

Fans can now buy and collect tickets from service points outside the club shop.

Chief executive Paul Barber said: "Martin Perry and his team have done a superb job and the new design of the store and ticket office will mean we don't have both groups squeezing into the shop.

“The ticket office can deal with queries and collections much quicker while our retail team will be able to help fans enjoy a better experience when shopping in the store."

The new ticket office is open Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm, on Saturday matchdays from 9am until half time, then again from the final whistle until 30 minutes after full-time. On non-matchday Saturdays it opens from 10am until 3pm.
