Joe Bennett has admitted Albion’s performance against Rotherham was not good enough.
The left-back put his side ahead right on half-time but Alex Revell levelled for the Millers.
Bennett was delighted to open his account for the Seagulls but that joy was overshadowed by frustration at another draw.
He said: “I was obviously happy to get my first goal for Brighton but we should have got the three points.
“The performance wasn’t good enough. All the lads were disappointed, as well as the fans.
“It was very frustrating to come in with a 1-1 draw.”
Bennett added: “It’s not a nice feeling to have gone ten games without a win.
“The fans are frustrated and the players are the same. We say it every week that we need to be beating teams and getting three points.”
