Albion will complete their Championship preparations this summer with a showpiece friendly against Europa League holders and finalists Sevilla.

The Spanish La Liga high-flyers visit the Amex on Sunday August 2 (4pm).

It will be the final warm-up match for Chris Hughton's side before the League campaign gets under way six days later.

Sevilla face Dnipro in the Europa League final in Warsaw on Wednesday night in their bid for back-to-back wins in the competition for the second time.

They defeated Middlesbrough in the final in 2005-06 and Porto in 2006-07.

They have another chance to complete the double in the Polish capital against Ukraine club Dnipro following last year's victory in the final on penalties against Benfica in Italy.

Albion are no strangers to Spanish opposition. Recent pre-season fixtures included a visit from Villarreal and games against Real Betis, Getafe and Sporting Gijon.

The Seagulls have already announced matches away to Lewes, Crawley, Aberdeen and Gillingham after a training camp in the French Alps.
