Albion have rejected another bid from Championship rivals Fulham to buy Lewis Dunk.
Fulham have reportedly made a £4 million offer for the centre-half which the Seagulls have again turned down, The Argus can reveal.
The South Londoners have been in hot pursuit of Dunk throughout the summer but Albion have made it clear all along they have no intention of selling their prize asset to another Championship club.
Dunk has not been named in the squad to face Crawley in a friendly tonight due to a knock suffered in training.
Boss Chris Hughton is fielding several senior players tonight who missed the 0-0 draw at the Dripping Pan.
They include David Stockdale, Tomer Hemed, Bruno, Sam Baldock and Beram Kayal.
