Albion captain Gordon Greer is on collision course with England in qualifying for the finals of the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
The Scots have been drawn in the same group as England.
The rest of group F consists of Slovakia, Malta, Lithuania and Slovenia.
Albion's Israeli duo Tomer Hemed and Beram Kayal face a daunting task against Spain and Italy in group G. They are also up against Albania, Macedonia and Liechtenstein.
Niki Maenpaa's Finland tackle Croatia, Iceland, Ukraine and Turkey in group I.
