Rohan Ince can do Albion an immediate favour after leaving the club on loan for the rest of the season.

The powerhouse midfielder hopes to help the Cottagers take points off the Seagulls’ promotion rivals Derby County on Saturday.

He intends that to be the start of a climb up the Championship table for his adopted club and a profitable second half of the season for himself.

Ince has been out of the Albion picture for league games since their 2-2 draw with the Rams in December, when he made a costly late error.

But he is gunning to put that right.

Ince said: “I’ve been keeping fit and I want to get out and play.

“Fulham’s a great football club and they’ve given me the opportunity to do that, and I hope I play really well for them.”

Misfiring Dutch frontrunner Elvis Manu went on loan for 93 days to Huddersfield, who had earlier been lining up a move for ex-Albion loanee Rajiv van La Parra.

Young Seagulls midfielder Charlie Harris also left the club on deadline day, on a permanent deal to Barnsley.

Harris, 20, signed until June 2017 at Oakwell but is expected to initially go into their under-21 set-up.

He did not play for Albion in a competitive fixture but scored in pre-season games.
