Albion have been handed a double boost for their semi-final second leg.
Both Steve Sidwell and Anthony Knockaert have been passed fit to start against Sheffield Wednesday tonight.
The pair were two of four men who left the first meeting at Hillsborough through injury.
But Tomer Hemed and Connor Goldson are both ruled out.
James Wilson starts in attack and Lewis Dunk returns after a two-match ban in defence.
Sheffield Wednesday go with the side which forged a 2-0 lead in the first leg.
That meant they resisted any temptation to bring in defensive midfielder Sam Hutchinson to offer extra protection.
