Tony Bloom has thanked Albion’s players for their efforts this season.
The Albion chairman visited the squad in their changing room shortly after tonight’s 1-1 draw with Sheffield Wednesday.
Vastly experienced midfielder Steve Sidwell said: “He came down and congratulated us on our efforts and said we could not have done any more, not just tonight but throughout the season, which is obviously nice.

“There is a lot of pride in that changing room but that only goes a short distance.
“When you go home tonight and put your head on the pillow, I don’t think anybody is going to be sleeping much.”
Asked if Albion will be even more keen to win promotion next season, he said: “The motivation is looking around and seeing that hurt on your team-mates. That is the motivation for next year.”
