Chris Hughton
Albion boss Chris Hughton has been named the LMA Sky Bet Championship Manager of the Year.
It may seem little consolation on a heart-breaking night for the Seagulls when their promotion dream ended in the semi-finals of the play-offs for the third time in four years.
However, the award from the League Managers Association is deserved recognition for the excellent achievement by Hughton of turning Albion from relegation candidates when he arrived in January 2015 to going so close to a place in the Premier League.
