Albion's latest clash with Nottingham Forest has been selected again for live television coverage by Sky.
It means the Seagulls' first home Championship game of the new season now takes place at the Amex on Friday August 12 (7.45pm), instead of a day later.
Both of Albion's wins against currently managerless Forest last season were live on Sky, including on the opening night of the campaign at the Amex.
The first home game of 2016-17 for Chris Hughton's side is against Colchester United in the first round of the League Cup on Tuesday August 9 (7.45pm).
Albion kick-off away to Forest's East Midlands neighbours Derby County three days earlier (3pm).
