Albion will face Serie A big guns Lazio at the Amex in pre-season.

The Italian outfit, whose squad currently includes three members of the Azzurri squad doing great things in France, will visit on Sunday, July 31 (3pm) to round off the Seagulls’ pre-season programme.

Albion will use the match as a final dress rehearsal before going to Derby County six days later.

Meanwhile the Roman club, who finished eighth in the Italian top flight last season, will be settling in under new coach Marcelo Bielsa ahead of the Serie A kick-off three weeks later.

They could include goalkeeper Federico Marchetti and midfielders Antonio Candreva and Marco Parolo, all current internationals – although Candreva is bring linked with a move away.

Albion warmed up for last season’s promotion-pushing season with a narrow 1-0 win over Europa League champions Sevilla and have also played Villarreal at the Amex.

The game has been priced at £15 for adults, £10 for over-65s and under-21s and £5 for under-18s.
