JAKE FORSTER-CASKEY is set to turn down a move from Albion to Rotherham.
The unsettled midfielder is reluctant to join the Seagulls’ Championship rivals from South Yorkshire permanently, The Argus understands.
Rotherham are prepared to offer Forster-Caskey, 22, a three-year contract.
His reticence could alert their League One neighbours Sheffield United, who are thought to be waiting in the wings.
Albion are happy to sell Forster-Caskey as he does not feature in the first team plans of manager Chris Hughton.
