Chris Hughton has urged his Albion side to make the most of a home run at the Amex after two good away results.

The Seagulls return from the international break and a draw at Ipswich followed by a win at Sheffield Wednesday with three of their next four games at headquarters.

Wolves arrive on Tuesday after Preston's visit today and Hughton's old club Norwich head south at the end of the month after Albion go to Wigan.

He said: "A return of four points at Ipswich and Sheffield Wednesday is a good return in this division but to be able to capitalise on that you have got to do well in your home games.

"We will be tested in each of the three games. We're at home, we're on a good run at the moment, and it's a run we want to keep going."

Both clashes against Simon Grayson's Preston ended 0-0 last season as they finished 11th after promotion. They have gone four matches unbeaten since a 5-0 mauling at Brentford.

Hughton said: "The two games against them last season is a reflection of how we think about them. They are a good side.

"Having come up from the division below, they have coped with the Championship really well.

"They had a really good season last season, were very difficult to play against.

"They are a hard-working side, play a structure that at times is hard to break down, but they have quality in the team and I don't expect anything short of a very tough game."
