Boss Chris Hughton has paid tribute to the terror trio powering Albion towards the Premier League.

Anthony Knockaert, Sam Baldock and Glenn Murray were all on the scoresheet again in last night's 3-0 dismantling of Derby County at the Amex.

Murray now has 18 goals in the league, Knockaert 13 and Baldock 11.

The threesome are responsible between them for two-thirds of the Seagulls' overall tally of 63 goals.

Hughton told The Argus: "They've all had good seasons. Anthony is Anthony. Even in midweek (at Rotherham), when it wasn't one of his better performances, he can produce something.

"What you want from your front players is a work ethic first. They've got to work hard to get the opportunities they have.

"Glenn had a real presence about him, but had to wait quite late to get his goal. They've had to work hard for them and credit to them.

"Sam's had some difficult periods during his time at the club when he has been injured, but at the moment he's in really good form.

"He's important for us, because it's very difficult to play with two out-and-out number nines. He gives us that work ethic around that and stretches teams."

The only blemish was the addition of skipper Bruno (groin) in the second half to a defensive casualty list which already includes Shane Duffy, Seb Pocognoli, Connor Goldson and Gaetan Bong.

Albion ended with a back four of Fikayo Tomori, Uwe Huenemeier, Lewis Dunk and Liam Rosenior, and Hughton expects to be depending on the same quartet again at Leeds next Saturday.
