Albion have handed a trial to young West Brom striker Andre Wright.

The 20-year-old features for the under-23s at Aston Villa tonight, along with keeper Christian Walton and Sam Adekugbe.

Walton, recalled from his loan spell at Luton when Niki Maenpaa was injured, has been on the bench as first team cover for David Stockdale.

Left-back Adekugbe, on loan from Vancouver Whitecaps for the season, has played for the first team and has now recovered from hamstring trouble.

Ex-Fleetwood defender Tyler Hornby-Forbes is also in the squad after his second red card of the season in the recent stormy win against Middlesbrough at the Amex was rescinded.

Exciting striker Aaron Connolly, 17, is absent on Republic of Ireland duty.

Albion are aiming for a fourth straight win in all competitions. Villa, three points better off, include Keinan Davis and Corey Taylor, who have been used as subs by Steve Bruce for the first team in their last two matches.
