Albion Women have signed former England midfielder Dani Buet on a two-year deal.
The Seagulls have bolstered their squad ahead of their FA Women's Super League 2 debut season.
Buet, 28, left Notts County in April having previously been with Arsenal and Chelsea.
She helped Chelsea to runners-up spot in WSL1 in 2014 before joining County and picking up a loser’s medal in the Women’s FA Cup Final the following season.
She has eight England senior caps, and made her debut against South Africa in 2009.
Albion's women's and girls' general manager Kirsty Hulland said: "We're delighted to have Dani sign for the club. Her experience within the women's game will be vital throughout the upcoming season, as we look to hold our own in the WSL2.
"She will add something different to the midfield options we already have, and we're very much looking forward to working with her, ahead of an exciting season for everybody involved at the club."
