Newcastle boss Rafa Benitez has said a blunt goodbye to Tim Krul.
The Dutch keeper's loan move to Albion for the rest of the season became permanent on Wednesday after his impressive debut the night before in the Carabao Cup exit at Bournemouth.
Ths switch has severed for good Krul's 11-year association with Newcastle and means he is available for their visit to the Amex on Sunday.
Krul played under Albion manager Chris Hughton at Newcastle but was frozen out by Benitez.
The Spaniard said today: "He knew our decision. They announce now but we knew before. I wish him all the best. We have enough keepers."
Newcastle have Karl Darlow back from a leg injury to compete with England under-20s World Cup hero Freddie Woodman as cover for No.1 Rob Elliot.
