Jurgen Klopp is hoping Estonian Ragnar Klavan recovers from illness.
Klopp has the option of switching Albion summer loan target Joe Gomez from right-back to the middle.
England midfielder Adam Lallana is still building up his fitness and will miss the trip to the Amex.
