Albion's Australian international goalkeeper Mathew Ryan will face France, Peru and Denmark in the group stage of next summer's World Cup finals in Russia.

The French squad includes Manchester United's Paul Pogba, who Ryan denied with a fine save in last Saturday's 1-0 defeat at Old Trafford.

Ryan can get tips from Albion team-mate Shane Duffy about Denmark.

Duffy opened the scoring for Republic of Ireland in the second leg of the play-offs against the Danes but they ended up well beaten.

England were paired with Belgium, Panama and Tunisia in today's draw in Moscow.

Jose Izquierdo, Albion's record signing, will be hoping to force his way into the Colombia squad if he shines for the Seagulls in the Premier League.

His country have been drawn with Poland, Senegal and Japan.

Colombia are potential last 16 opponents for England.
