Albion transfer target Florin Andone exhibited his penalty box instincts tonight as La Liga resumed after the winter break.
The Romanian international striker scored an 84th minute equaliser in Deportivo La Coruna's 1-1 draw at Villarreal.
Andone was starved of meaningful service until scoring his second goal in as many games with a downward header from a cross from seven yards out.
He was also on target in Deportivo's previous outing, a 3-1 home defeat by Celta Vigo before Christmas.
Cameroon international Karl Toko Ekambi, another of the strikers on Albion's 'cluster list' of targets, came on in the second half for Ligue One strugglers Angers in a 2-0 home defeat by Lorient in the French Cup.
