Jurgen Locadia is not bothered about his Albion price tag - he just loves scoring goals.

The Dutchman became the Seagulls' £14 million record buy tonight from PSV Eindhoven on a contract until 2022.

Locadia, speaking about the move after completing a medical and the paperwork at the club's Lancing training complex, described it as a "life changing moment".

He said: "I'm very happy to be here and show the world I have signed.

"It's the right moment for me to step up to the Premier League and Brighton is the best option.

"Its a warm club with good people and a good manager. So it's a life changing moment for me.

"I have power and strength and a good shot with both feet. I'm a goalscorer. I love goalscoring goals and I won't stop – that's my best quality.

"I like the vision of the coach here and his style of play – he wants to play football and I like his system.

"I've heard some good stories about Brighton as a city. It's almost like PSV. It's a warm club with good people and a good manager."

Locadia, asked about his price tag, said: "I don't pick the price, that's between the clubs.

"I'm looking forward to playing every team. I enjoy watching the Premier League on TV at home and it's a dream to be here."
