Albion boss Chris Hughton has been backed by Jurgen Klopp to win the Premier League manager of the month award for February.
The Liverpool chief has been shortlisted with Hughton, Watford’s Javi Gracia, Mauricio Pochettino of Spurs and Huddersfield's David Wagner.
Klopp said: "Good luck (to everyone)! There's no battle between us.
"I got it once. I think Dave got it as well. If Chris didn't have it so far I would go for him. What they are doing in the moment is really good and I like the story they write there. My favourite is Chris this month."
Klopp upset Hughton at the end of Liverpool's 5-1 win at the Amex in December, because he was distracted from the customary handshake between managers by the celebrations of his staff and players.
The German subsequently made a public apology, which Hughton accepted.
Albion visit Anfield in May on the last day of the season.
