Harry Kane has been ruled out until April – as Albion fans wait to hear whether Glenn Murray gets an England call.
Seagulls fans have pushed the case for both central defender Lewis Dunk and 11-goal striker Murray.
Tottenham yesterday said Kane, pictured, had suffered an ankle ligament injury and would return to training some time next month.
Spurs visit the Amex on April 20 providing neither team has won through to the FA Cup semi-finals.
There is more chance of Kane missing the trip to lowly Stoke on April 7 but it appears he will be fit to lead his nation’s attack at the World Cup.
Murray, 34, has said an England call would be the pinnacle of his career.
He added: “If you’re in form, you just never know.”
