Albion's postponed clash against Spurs at the Amex will now take place sooner than originally scheduled.

Tottenham's Premier League visit has been rearranged for Tuesday April 17 (7.45pm), three days after the Seagulls' trip to Selhurst Park to face Crystal Palace.

The match, which will be screened live on Sky Sports, was due to be staged on Friday April 20 until Spurs reached the FA Cup semi-finals.

It is unclear whether Harry Kane will be back to lead the Spurs attack.

The England striker is expected to resume training next month after a recurrence of ankle ligament damage.

A date for Albion's rearranged fixture against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium has yet to be confirmed.

That was postponed last weekend because of Albion's involvement in the FA Cup quarter-finals at Manchester United.

Rescheduling of the game has been complicated by Manchester's City's progress through to the quarter-finals of the Champions League against Liverpool.
