Albion central defenders Lewis Dunk and Shane Duffy have different views about who is the Premier League's top striker.

Duffy gave that accolade to Harry Kane ahead of Tuesday's draw with Tottenham.

For Dunk his biggest challenge came at the Amex on the opening day of the season.

He said: "(Sergio) Aguero is probably the toughest striker I've come across. I didn't see him the whole game as he was stood behind me until he wanted the ball, and that was the hardest thing about him.

"You never saw him until he came back for the ball."

Dunk will not have to face Aguero again when Albion take on champions Manchester City at the Etihad on May 9.

The Argentinian is expected to miss the rest of the season after minor surgery on Tuesday to repair an injury sustained in training in March and aggravated by a challenge by United's Ashley Young in the recent Manchester derby.

Aguero has scored 199 goals for City, 30 of them in all competitions. The first in City's 2-0 win at the Amex in August was followed five minutes later by a Dunk own goal.
