Albion's Chris Hughton could soon be in the top ten in the longest serving managers' list now that Arsene Wenger is leaving Arsenal at the end of the season.
Hughton will move up to 12th across all four divisions and fourth in the Premier League, behind only Eddie Howe, Sean Dyche and Mauricio Pochettino.
He took charge of Albion on New Year's Eve 2014.
West Ham, a point and a place below Albion, play their game in hand at Wenger's Arsenal today (1.30).
