Bridcutt in for his debut

Liam Bridcutt make his debut for Albion as they host Leyton Orient in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy tonight.

Matt Sparrow, now free of suspension, makes his home debut as Agustin Battipiedi drops to the bench and Radostin Kishishev is rested.

Albion boss Gus Poyet has resisted any temptation to make sweeping changes as his side have no game this weekend.

Former Albion boss Russell Slade has named ex-Seagulls winger Dean Cox in his starting XI but Alex Revell is on the bench.

We will have regular updates from this first round tie via our easy-to-find Liveblog.

Albion: Ankergren; Calderon, Elphick, El-Abd, Painter; Bridcutt, Sparrow, Dicker; Bennett, Barnes, Murray. Subs: Walker, Battipiedi, Baz, Hart, Smith.

Leyton Orient: Jones; Omosuzi, Brown, Forbes, Smith; Cox, Dawson, Chambers, Spring; Jarvis, Tehoue. Subs: Chorley, McGleish, Revell, Butcher, Cestor.

I would love to listen to this live but as per usuall BBC radio sussex declines. I can understand a league game but this is differant they seem to have NO interest the Albion at all.
Can anyone direct me to live broadcast outside the seagulls official website.
I live outside the UK and due to time zone it does not make sence to sign up for the official web radio before anyone asks why I have not done so.
Thanks

Fairly solid & promising debut for Bridcutt. He showed promise of being able to perform navarro's duties & also seemed to have an eye for a killer pass. Around 60% of his passes were successful, but I expect that to improve once he gets to know the runs his team mates make.
