That means the draw for the last 8 is right before Albion's match, meaning we are named in the quarter-finals for the first time in donkeys!!!!

Incredible.I have to confess that my immediate thoughts a few days ago, of getting to Anfield have been somewhat tempered by this Sussex double bill !

Not so brilliant! How do i explain to my 7 year old's mum, my wife, that her boy won't be home 'til the early hours of monday morning just hours before he's due to be at school. Or how do i explain to my son that daddy is going to Anfield and he's not!! I'm so nostalgic for 3pm football on a Saturday afternoon. Mind you the last time we played on Merseyside on a Sunday afternoon...........

I have exactly the same dilema with my 10 year old. We would both love to go to Anfield as never been before. Now I have the dilema. Do I pay a tenner for a month's ESPN subscribtion and watch both games live or pay probably £100 plus for two tickets plus travel costs, food etc! TV coverage is great but the scheduling of the game now causes a headache.

If anybody is happy with this they are mad, 4.30 ko on a Sunday, don't they realise fans have to get up for work, pure selfish, money yet again, this will mean we will have limited support at Anfield. It was on a Sunday in 1983.. Brighton bill Yorkshire Seagull

What you both do is go to the game. You only live once! I'm taking my 12 year old. They may never get another chance to go to Anfield with their dads......

Crawley have put their prices up for Stoke, from the usual £17 to £32. I guess that's cos Stoke are Premier League. Interestingly, Crawley are only selling one ticket per person, so all attendees will have to visit the groujnd when tghe tickets go on sale. No wriggle room. Still not many Premier League teams will come to the Broadfield Stadium until August 2014 - when we are promoted to it... hopefully!

I was at Anfield in '83 and can't wait for the lads to do it again...and on a Sunday...Spooky! Just hope the the ESPN coverage isn't as biased as the NUFC game. That was a disgrace! Seagulls...

What do you think about that price, Poccypoc? Seems excessive to me. £25/26 should have been the figure surely?

Am delighted with the tv money (albeit not surprised) but sympathies use with anyone who can't make the time scheduled.

By my calculations we will be in for another windfall of somewhere between £600,000 and £1m (estimated gate receipts 50% thereof plus the £212,000 from ESPN).

Then there's the prize money IF we pull of a shock.

Kerching!
