Corey Collymore has told Sussex supporters: "There is more to come from me."
The West Indian made an inauspicious debut for the county on Thursday, conceding 71 runs in his nine overs as Sussex lost to Surrey in the Friends Provident Trophy.
But Collymore, who only met his new team-mates earlier in the day, is confident his performances will improve.

He said: "It is a matter of getting accustomed to my new surroundings but I am hard on myself, I don't like making excuses for bad performances.
"The last over in my first spell was a shambles but other than that I felt I did okay. But I need to improve and I'm sure I can."
Collymore will lead the attack at Canterbury tomorrow (12 noon) when Sussex need to beat Kent to keep alive their hopes of reaching the knockout stages.
Luke Wright and Matt Prior are still on England Lions duty while Mushtaq Ahmed is recovering from a knee operation while changes to the team which lost by 67 runs to Surrey cannot be ruled out.
All-rounder Rory Hamilton-Brown could come in for his debut and coach Mark Robinson will demand his batsmen to start firing the big scores that can win matches.
Only skipper Chris Adams, Mike Yardy and Prior have scored fifties in the four 50 overs games so far and Robinson said: "Pretty 30s and 40s are not enough, we need the guys to go on and make match-winning contributions."

I agree with Martyn, our bowling attack should be, Tom Smith, James Kirtley, Rageb Aga and Robin Martin Jenkins. Alongside, Mike Yardy and Luke Wright (when available). I just hope Corey Collymore can be like Curtly Ambrose or Joel Garner as the season goes on.....but, i doubt it.

Kirtley is a shadow of his former self since the should op - hope he turns it around soon. And Collymore has NEVER been anything like Ambrose or Garner!

Simon - Collymore has never been anything like Ambrose / Garner as he bowls 15-20 mph slower for starters.
I agree with your suggested bowling line up of Kirtley, Martin-Jenins, Aga, Wright, Smith and Yardy.
