Crawley manager Steve Evans has been hit by a four-match ban and £1,000 fine by the Football Association.
Evans has been punished for improper conduct during a game against Woking in January.
He confronted the referee at half-time over a dispute on the amount of stoppage time played.
The Reds boss is also waiting for the dates of personal hearings with the FA for three other charges of improper conduct for his behaviour in games against Northwich (March 15), Burton (March 22) and Aldershot (March 24).
