Crawley have made their 17th signing of the summer after handing trialist Charles Banya a short-term deal.
The former Fulham youth team product impressed manager John Gregory with his performances against Three Bridges, Woking and Chelsea in pre-season.
Banya failed to make a first team appearance for the Cottagers and was released following their relegation from the Premier League at the end of last season.
The 20-year-old played eight games for Woking in Conference premier last season and is likely to be on the bench for Crawley's opening game at Barnsley on Saturday.
