Crawley winger Gwion Edwards was an unused substitute as Wales beat Cyprus 2-1 at Cardiff City Stadium.

Edwards was named on the bench for the second time in the space of four days but was not called upon by Chris Coleman.

Crawley club-mate Joe Walsh was not named among the substitutes having also missed out against Bosnia Herzegovina on Friday.

Both Crawley players were called up late to the Wales squad last week after a series of injuries.

One former Crawley man did make his debut with Reading midfielder Jake Taylor - who had a loan spell with Reds in 2013 - coming on as a late substitute.
