Top scorer Izale McLeod has been recalled for Crawley’s home clash with Crewe Alexandra today.
McLeod was dropped to the bench for the first time this season for the 1-1 draw at Gillingham last weekend but returns as the lone striker in place of Matt Harrold.
It means boss John Gregory still has not named an unchanged team this season – the only club in League One not to have done so.
The return of McLeod is the only alteration to the team which picked up a point at the Priestfield Stadium.
There is still no place for midfielder Marvin Elliott in the squad who Gregory insisted was being rested last week rather than being injured.
Injury, illness and suspension ravaged Crewe are forced to make five changes to the side which lost 1-0 at home to Sheffield United last weekend, including a return for defender Harry Davis after seven months out with a knee injury.
Crawley (4-1-4-1): Ashdown; Oyebanjo, Leacock, Walsh, Sadler; Keane; Young, Henderson, Simpson, Edwards; Harrold. Subs: Jensen, Bradley, Smith, Banya, Harrold, Bawling, Tomlin.
Crewe (3-4-3): Garratt; Guthrie, Davis, Dugdale; Leigh, Atkinson, Turton, Baillie; Brandy, Haynes, Cooper. Subs: Shearer, Saunders, Johnston, Waters, Jones, Ng, Haber.
