Anthony Wordsworth comes straight in for his debut as Crawley bid to end a 12-game winless run at a snowy Spotland today.
Wordsworth joined on loan from Ipswich on Thursday and replaces the injured Connor Henderson in midfield as one of three changes to the side which drew 2-2 with MK Dons last Saturday.
Lewis Price takes over from Brian Jensen in goal having returned for a second loan spell from Crystal Palace yesterday while Ryan Dickson comes in at left-back having missed the last two games through injury.
Sonny Bradley drops to the bench which also includes Brazilian goalkeeper Evandro Rachoni de Lima who featured in the 6-1 defeat at Whitehawk in the Sussex Senior Cup on Tuesday.
The game is set to go ahead after Rochdale fans joined forces with groundstaff to help clear a thick layer of snow off the pitch covers at Spotland.
Rochdale have stuck with the same side which won 2-1 at Bradford last weekend, with new signing Fabian Brandy on the bench.
Rochdale (4-1-2-3): Lillis; Rafferty, Eastham, Lancashire, Tanser; Bennett; Dawson, Camps; Vincenti, Done, Henderson. Subs: Musangu, Andrew, Brandy, Noble-Lazarus, Hery, Rose, Logan.
Crawley (4-4-2): Price; Oyebanjo, Ward, Walsh, Dickson; Smith, Elliott, Wordsworth, Edwards; Tomlin, McLeod. Subs: Rachoni de Lima, Bradley, Young, Banya, Harrold, Bawling, Anderson.
