Crawley Town striker Izale McLeod has completed his move to Notts County for an undisclosed six-figure fee.
But fans were not worrying about that as they saw a recently-signed frontman hit the target today.
The move was announced this afternoon while Reds were in action at Cambridge United, where they led 2-0 early in the second half.
Roarie Deacon, a striker signed in the summer, got both goals.
County had a £100,000 bid for McLeod turned down earlier this month.
They are believed to have upped that offer to around £150,000.
McLeod joins the Magpies on a two–year deal.
