Crawley have handed a one-month contract to former Fulham midfielder Lyle Della Verde.
The 21-year-old goes straight into the squad for tomorrow's League Two game against Leyton Orient.
Della Verde started his career with Southend United and joined Fulham in July 2014.
He spent time on loan with Bristol Rovers last season, making eight appearances, before his time with the Pirates was cut short by an ankle injury.
Fleetwood Town signed him on a two-year deal after he was released by the Cottagers last summer but he left the club in February and he arrives as a free agent.
Reds boss Mark Yates said: “Lyle is a player we have looked at for a while. He didn’t get the chances he wanted when Fleetwood changed their manager but he’s got a lot to offer.
"He’s mobile, is a good passer and reads the game well."
