Sussex have appointed England rugby hero Rob Andrew as their new chief executive.
He will take over in January with a brief to build on the work of the departing Zac Toumazi.
Andrew, 53, is best known for his days as a fly-half and later rugby administrator.
He is also a talented cricketer, having made 17 first-class appearances for Cambridge University in the 1980s and recorded a century against Nottinghamshire.
Andrew, who will be officially presented to the media tomorrow, played 71 Tests at fly-half for England, scoring 369 points.
He also starred for Wasps and Newcastle and went on to become professional rugby director at the RFU.
