Sussex all-rounder Luke Wright has been included in England's 15-man squad for next month's Twenty20 World Cup.
But their is no place for county team-mate Matt Prior.
Wright, 24, lost his place in the England one-day side for the series against West Indies earlier this year but has started the domestic season well and took his maiden five-wicket haul against Lancashire last week.
Prior did not play in England's last Twenty20 international against West Indies in March when his place was taken by Worcestershire's Steve Davies.
But both have been left out with Essex's James Foster earning a recall five years after he last played for his country.
The tournament starts on June 5 and concludes on June 21.
Prior's absence is good news for Sussex as he should be able to play in most of their domestic Twenty20 matches having missed nearly all of last year's games because of England commitments.
Paul Collingwood has been confirmed as captain and there are call-ups for Middlesex batsman Eoin Morgan and Essex all-rounder Graham Napier.
