Eastbourne Borough have re-signed striker Jamie Taylor on a month’s loan.
The popular frontman scored 39 goals for Sports in a two-season Conference premier spell from 2009 to 2011 and then a brief loan in 2014.
He returns to Priory Lane on a 28-day loan from Margate, where he has found chances limited this season.
Boss Tommy Widdrington said: “"With Darren Lok set to miss games after his dismissal on Tuesday and Elliott Romain also close to a possible suspension for totting up yellows, this is a great time for us to strengthen our squad with one of the best strikers in the division.
“Having worked with Jamie before, I had no hesitation in re-engaging his services. He has so much to offer both to me and my coaches, and to the rest of the team. We are still a young side and still eager to learn and Jamie brings experience and proven ability.”
Taylor is a former Borough player of the season.
