Whitehawk have appointed Alan Payne and Paul Reid as joint managers until the end of the season.
The pair initially came together after interim joint boss Ben Stevens rejoined Eastleigh.
They have supervised cup wins away to Weymouth and Lewes as well as the 2-0 home defeat by Bath in the league.
Hawks return to action at Eastbourne Borough on Boxing Day.
Tonight’s news ends a period of uncertainty dating back to the departure of Richard Hill to Aston Villa a month ago.
The veteran Payne is seen as an unsung hero around the Enclosed Ground while Reid, who plays in central defence, is known for his leadership qualities.
