91:00: Thanks for following with us today. I'll be online again from Hereford on Tuesday.
90:00: Final whistle A step closer to the drop - Albion lose 2-0.
87:00: Today's crowd is 15,842. The away figure is 2,130, though they are not all here now.
84:00: "You're not fit to wear the shirt" comes from the away section, seconds after Davies scooped a great chance over the bar after some decent work by Cox.
83:00: Substitution Cook on for Heath a minute after Stirling replaced Wright.
80:00: The away fans are a fair distance from us - basically one corner of the stadium to another. But there seem to be signs of serious irritation among the Albion section. I certainly heard boos a minute ago when Dicker's simple pass somehow missed its target Carole.

73:00: A bit of excitement on 73 after great work by Whing down the right. His cross deflected to Cox, who shot weakly over. That was the first hint of a suggestion of a half chance for Albion this half...and within seconds Kuipers had to save well from Baldock as MK sprang back into life. Then Gerba hit the underside of the bar with a brilliant overhead kick.
72:00: Substitution Gleeson booked for a foul.
71:00: Substitution MK's first switch sees Howell go on for Puncheon, who is a big favourite here. MK are cruising this half while Albion are looking pretty toothless.
67:00: Looking around the press box a few reporters are filing reports already almost as if this game is over - which it might effectively be, I suppose. There were a few alarms when an Adam Virgo clearance landed about five yards from the nearest laptop, though! Carole has gone wide right but his first four touches were all passes backwards to Whing or Jarrett.

62:00: Substitution Double switch by Albion. Jarrett and Carole come on for Fraser and Loft, who has done quite well on his return.
60:00: Yellow card Baldock and Fraser go in the book after a bit of handbags right over on the far side.

56:00: I am quite happy to send out online greetings - that's all Albion fans are going to get out of this game today, I'm afraid!
54:00: MK comfortably on top so far in this second half and Kuipers had to come out quickly to save at the feet of Baldock, who clearly wants to get in on the scoring act himself. No hint of a comeback.

46:00: Greetings to our Afghanistan audience too!
45:00: Afternoon Sheil, I'm hoping people are following the game but just prefer not to comment! Actually reading figures for the online service have, I'm told by those back at base, been pretty good so thanks for following us during what has been a pretty unhappy season. Albion's fans have been in great voice, at least until the second goal went in. They had a corner section to start with but extra seats were made available and the away section now goes right up to the goal at that end - the goal towards which Albion will be attacking now as the second half gets under way.
45:00: Half time So that's the interval. Not a bad display in many respects by Albion but the Dons' extra class in the final third of the field has made all the difference.
44:00: Regan, the home right back, is on a final warning. He just fouled Cox after being robbed by the Albion wide man and was possibly lucky to escape a second yellow.
43:00: Nice to see one of our regulars in the Czech Rep with us today but it might take more than a lucky Albion shirt to turn this one around. Maybe a lucky 'pivo' or two...

40:00: Goal! And there we see the difference between the two sides. A clinical attack sees PUNCHEON head in Wright's deep cross, just seconds after Owusu had latched on to a long ball and shot ever so weakly at Gueret in a one-on-one.
36:00: That goal has brought the home fans to life. Albion still playing some tidy stuff in patches but two recent crossing opportunities have see the ball go far too close to Gueret.
30:00: Goal! First real threat by MK and they go ahead. GERBA fires across Kuipers after ref Tanner played a shrewd advantage, allowing play to go on after Baldock seemed to be fouled as he laid the ball off.
24:00: Yellow card Albion should be ahead on 22. Davies's cross from the left was deflected to Owusu at the near post and both his initial effort and follow-up were somehow saved at close range by Gueret. Just before that MK Dons offered their first threat from a cross by the talented Puncheon but El-Abd flung himself in the path of Wright's shot and blocked. It's warming up now and Regan has just been booked for a foul.
13:00: Yellow card Loft sees yellow on his comeback for a trip on Puncheon as he was tracking back trying to make a tackle. That all came from Albion's first decent attack which ended with Cox's cross being cleared and MK launching a counter raid through Puncheon down the left.
10:00: All quiet so far. New boy Gleeson is playing in central midfield for MK and has seen a lot of the ball bit no threat at either end as yet. Albion's fans have had an extra section opened for them, such is the size of the away support. The Seagulls are defending that goal in the first half.
3:00: Virgo has got his first defensive header in. One amendment to my earlier team news is that Whing is at right back and El-Abd on the left.
1:00: A few words about the stadium, especially given it was built by the company who, as I understand it, will be responsible for the new venue at Falmer. As yet, stadiummk is not finished but the main lower bowl is all in place and looks the part. Padded seats, decent sight lines and leg room and a transparent roof to let plenty of sunlight through. There are wide concourses at the back with various food and drink outlets. The atmosphere today is, not unexpectedly, shrill. It actually reminds me of an outdoor version of an NBA arena. A bit of a culture shock for us older football fans but, if Falmer is like this, Albion fans will have no complaints. We're under way.
0:00: Seven adrift, eight to go. Albion's need for a win or five is getting urgent so no better time to spoil a party than today. This is Brian Owen coming to you from the very contemporary surrounds of stadiummk with updates of the MK Dons versus Albion fixture in League One. I realise the stadium bit of stadiummk should be typed in italics but I do not have that facility on this live updates format! Team news is on the main Albion part of the site but one of the key pieces of information is a start for Doug Loft after his recall from Dagenham. The Dons appear to have rested, shall we say, striker Aaron Wilbraham and Alan Navarro after a recent slump, there having been no reports of any injury for the pair. It's family day here today so a crowd of about 20,000 is expected, paying a tenner for adults and £1 for kids, and we have had all manner of "family-type entertainment" both inside and outside the ground. Albion fans are here in good number, soaking up the sun away to my left. Let's see if they have a shock result to cheer.
