0:00: Albion in their blue and yellow away strip today - against a a home side in all blue shirts! It's a somewhat chilly evening up here. The away fans have a big covered terrace behind the goal Kuipers is defending in the first half.
0:00: Although this new-look service is something of an upgrade on the updates we brought you last season, one area which I still have not got the technical people to fine-tune is the team line-ups. Albion go in with the 11 you see listed but obviously not in that order. We expect El-Abd to play at right back to accommodate the returning Elphick in central defence. We also envisage a 4-4-2 with Anyinsah wide right, the returning McLeod wide left and Virgo in attack alongside Murray. Whing and Cox are on the bench having started against Hereford on Saturday. Batt starts for the Posh rather than being on the bench. Mackail-Smith is their main frontman and Boyd and Batt will alternate as his sidekick or as a wideman.
0:00: It's another Albion away trip - and that might be quite timely given their Withdean woes. This is Brian Owen bringing you live updates from London Road as the 17th-placed Seagulls take on Peterborough United in League One. You may well have seen the team news on our main Albion page - but I will run through it again in a moment. We will have all the action during the evening and you can add your feedback too using the Your Say section. Please register to use this service if you have not already done so.
5:00: To clarify the Albion line-up, it's one of those 4-5-1s which become 4-3-3 when they attack. Virgo is at right back with Anyinsah wide right and McLeod on the left. Savage, El-Abd and Thomson form the midfield trio looking from right to left.
10:00: All quiet here. Albion have generally settled quite well and they had a nice move which saw Savage shoot past the top corner from the edge of the box following a cross by Richards. Have a guess which Albion player is having his every touch booed by the home fans, by the way!
20:00: Goalless here but Posh had a goal disallowed on 13 when Morgan headed in a Martin corner but was deemed to have shoved Richards to get there. It was a well whipped-in flag kick but ref Bratt was right on the spot and instantly signalled for a free-kick, though home fans right in front of us seemed to think he was pointing to the centre spot for a goal. The corner came after Hawkins made a crucial block of a Mackail-Smith shot after Boyd's great dummy created space. A minute later Morgan headed just wide. Posh, as you might have worked out, getting on top here. Boyd and M-Smith look lively while the lanky Batt is a threat out on the left. Murray, though, looks a threat whenever Albion go forward and he has just forced the ball wide of the near post from a McLeod corner.
21:00: Evening, Chris from Hassocks. Hard to judge numbers of away fans but it's a reasonable turnout and we can hear them pretty well even in our enclosed press box. We will get an official number in the second half.
23:00: As for Virgo, whether by accident or design it's possibly not a bad thing for him to be out here against the tall Batt. They have been a having a bit of a battle so far.

31:00: Yellow card The crowd loved that! Savage booked for felling Coutts. Still goalless but Albion have settled again and could easily have gone ahead in the 26th minute. Anyinsah did well to get to the right byline and whip the ball across but Murray's quickly taken shot on the half turn was off target.
40:00: Yellow card I've got the yellow card logo out again after a foul by the Posh's Lee on 37. A hint of a chance just before that when a lovely little through ball curled inside the full back by Thomson released McLeod in the inside left channel but he shot tamely past the near post. Now Murray is in the book for kicking the ball away after somewhat unluckily being penalised for his tussle with Zakuani.
45:00: Murray left the field at the break deep in conversation with referee Bratt, no doubt about that booking (which was fair enough) for kicking the ball away after he looked to have got past Zakuani wide on the right with Posh stretched at the back, only to be (somewhat harshly) penalised. Albion have looked comfortable so far EXCEPT for when crosses come in, when they have looked pretty shaky against some fine Peterborough delivery. Thomson has been busy defensively and produced the pass of the half to create that chance for McLeod. Not a bad half, actually, but still my goal logo remains under wraps after 135 minutes of action.
45:00: I can't believe I haven't been equipped with a new half-time logo! Anyway, it's Bovril and burger time for the punters here after three added minutes failed to produce a goal or notable incident, though Murray had quite a dangerous cross headed away by Morgan.
52:00: There are times this looks more like a 4-1-4-1 from Albion with El-Abd just ahead of his back four and Murray in isolation up front. Posh have had most of the ball so far this half but Hawkins and Virgo have made one excellent challenge apiece when the hosts really threatened.
57:00: The gate is 5772 and that includes 578 away fans. That's not a bad effort by Brighton for a trip that is longer than you might think - it took us the best part of three hours to get here from Argus House.
61:00: Yellow card The card was out of the pocket again on 55 as Morgan impeded McLeod's attempt to launch a counter attack. Then Richards kicked the ball away after a foul by Hawkins and also saw yellow. McLeod is putting in some great crosses, one of which was headed over by Anyinsah right front of the travelling 578. Decent chance, that.
64:00: Yellow card The ref's a bit on the severe side when it comes to yellows. Now Zakuani goes in the book for a foul on Murray near halfway. Danger man Mclean is on for Posh in place of Whelpdale.
74:00: Substitution Ref Bratt is taking an early bath. He did not seem to be limping but is preumably injured or ill in some way and is handing over his whistle and replete notebook to be replaced by fourth official Paul Barnes - who is apparently from Peterborough! I'm assured that is not a wind up.
76:00: No word as yet on why Mr Bratt went off but we have had a PA announcement asking for a qualified official in the crowd - presumably to act as fourth official.
79:00: McLeod has the first on-target shot for Albion and Lewis gathers his volley. The local press officer has been down to see Mr Bratt who just smiled and offered no reason for his withdrawal from action. A fourth official has now been found and is down there wearing an official ref's coat and rather casual jeans.
87:00: We understand Mr Bratt had a muscular problem. He came off and asked for an ice pack and a towel. The stand-in fourth official got his moment of glory when holding up the numbers for Livermore to replace McLeod and Green to go on for Batt on 80.
90:00: We enter five added minutes with Albion still level thanks to Kuipers' super save in his top corner from Lee's header following a corner.
98:00: Final whistle Well that's it. A few skirmishes in the Albion goalmouth in the dying seconds and there were a few slaps on the back for a crucial header by Elphick right in front of goal. We had eight extra minutes and Adams is not happy about it - but Albion get their point.
99:00: So there we go - another draw for the Seagulls but this is a very good point. Join us again for live coverage from distant Hartlepool on Saturday.
