Eastbourne Borough claimed their first win in five league games with a comprehensive 4-2 victory at home to Staines Town.

Goals from Elliott Charles, Adam Watts and Ian Simpemba fired Borough into a 3-0 half-time lead.

Sam Beale added a fourth in the second half, sandwiched by two Staines replies.

Whitehawk conceded twice in the last six minutes to lose 4-3 at home to Maidenhead.

The Hawks fought back from conceding a goal inside two minutes to lead 3-2 thanks to goals from Jake Robinson (two) and Sahr Kabba.

But Reece Tisan-Lascaris levelled on 84 minutes and former Hawks striker Jacob Erskine grabbed an 89th-minute winner. Former Premier League striker DJ Campbell scored Maidenhead’s first two goals.

In Ryman premier, Joe Gatting scored twice as Peacehaven won 4-1 at home to Harrow Borough. Sami El-Abd and Josh Jones got the other goals.

Lewes conceded deep into stoppage time to lose 2-1 away to Hendon. The Rooks seemed to be on course for a point thanks to Jack Dixon’s equaliser until the late heartbreak.

Ollie Pearce netted for Bognor but they lost 2-1 at home to bottom side AFC Hornchurch.

In Ryman south, leaders Burgess Hill won 2-0 away to Guernsey thanks to a Greg Luer double.

Sam MacVicar headed an 81st-minute winner as Three Bridges beat Hastings United 3-2. An own goal and Abu Touray put Bridges 2-0 up at half-time but the visitors fought back with replies from Sam Adams and Ade Olorunda before MacVicar struck.

Jacob Peake and George Hayward (penalty) netted for Worthing in a 2-2 draw at Merstham while Horsham drew 0-0 at Chipstead.

Layton Schaaf and Michael Belli scored for East Grinstead in a 3-2 defeat at Ramsgate.
