Corey Heath bagged a late winner to send Worthing into the second qualifying round of the FA Trophy.

The defender scored his first goal of the season seven minutes from time to earn the Rebels a 1-0 win in their first qualifying round replay away to Chatham Town.

Adam Hinshelwood’s side will now be away to Hendon on November 15.

However, Bognor’s interest in the competition ended as they went down 2-1 in a replay away to AFC Sudbury.

Craig Pope opened the scoring for the hosts on 28 minutes, with Craig Robson being denied an equaliser just before half-time when his effort was cleared off the line.

Lee Flynn made it 2-0 early in the second half but Bognor pressed hard with chances for Ashley Robinson and Josh Warren before Harvey Whyte made it 2-1 in the 90th minute. Ollie Pearce was denied an equaliser deep into stoppage time by a fantastic save from the home goalkeeper.

In Ryman south, Three Bridges arrived at Walton Casuals only to be told that the match had been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

Hastings United's Sussex Senior Cup tie at AFC Uckfield Town was another victim of the weather.
