Whitehawk consolidated third spot in Vanarama Conference south with a 2-0 win away to Maidenhead.

Former Crawley winger Scott Neilson opened the scoring on 26 minutes with his second goal since joining the club and Jake Robinson marked his return from a hamstring injury with the second three minutes before half-time.

The Rooks appeared to be holding on for victory until the hosts levelled in the final minute.

Bognor scored twice in the first seven minutes and four times in the first half as they enjoyed a terrific 4-0 win at home to third-placed Dulwich Hamlet. Goals came from Doug Tuck, Alex Parsons, Craig Robson and Jason Prior with a penalty.

Peacehaven lost 2-1 at home to Wingate and Finchley. Jamie Brotherton’s late strike proved no more than a consolation.
