Chris Eubank Junior failed to show up at a head-to-head press conference today with Billy Joe Saunders promoting their big all-British grudge match this month.
Brighton's Eubank Jr will challenge champion Saunders for his British, European and Commonwealth middleweight titles on November 29 at the ExCel Arena, London.
Promoter Frank Warren said former two-weight world champion Chris Eubank senior was worried the press conference at the ExCel, London, would boil over.
Warren said: "He's doing his son a great disservice. This is crazy stuff, and it's insulting to people."
The Eubanks have failed to appear at two previous press conferences alongside Saunders.
Eubank Jr was ringside in Brighton last Friday night for Lloyd Ellett's International Masters success.
